Empowering Growth Through a Multidimensional Lens
Welcome! My name is Charika White. As a therapist specializing in marginalized communities, including people of color, immigrants, women, and the LGBT+ community, I combine empathy, a person-centered approach, and a focus on intergenerational healing. I help individuals navigate life transitions, reclaim resilience, and overcome mental health challenges. With a background as a Black immigrant woman from the Caribbean, I offer a unique perspective on cultural transitions, systemic challenges, and intergenerational differences. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I create a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their identities, heal from trauma, and embrace their authentic selves. Let's take the first step toward healing and growth, together.
“I don't want to be fake. I'm just being me. And I have the power to break stereotypes and whatever useless rules that society puts on us”
